Tips
The sailing areas in Italy are divided into four main areas: The Tuscan Islands, Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Sicily (including the Aeolian Islands) and Sardinia. But they all have one thing in common: the beautiful nature, the wonderful wine and the fantastic food.
In Italy, the sailing season usually starts at the beginning of May and runs until the end of October. July and August are the hottest months in Italy, as well as the lowest wind levels, which means it's very busy around this time.
Tuscany
Enjoy the uniqueness, the beauty of these pearls- which today are the largest European marine park. The climate of the Tuscan archipelago is typically Mediterranean, especially on the smaller islands, as the sea has a strong moderating effect there.
Sardinien
Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean for expansion. Due to its geographical location in the middle of the Mediterranean, Sardinia is always represented as a perfect destination for sailing holidays.
The legendary Costa Smeralda is a luxurious tourist destination, well frequented by very wealthy European and Arab VIPs from the entertainment, political and industrial sectors.
Sicily
With its rich, unique culture, art, cuisine, architecture and language, Sardinia enchants everyone who visits it. The Aeolian Islands are a volcanic archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea north of Sicily that inspire sailing holidays in untouched nature: the main island of Lipari, the green landscapes of Salina, the wild nature of Alicudi and Filicudi and the "active" volcanoes (Stromboli and Volcano).
